this was the first product I've actually bought for the purpose of concealing my family jewels and I would say it works pretty great. I bought this originally for the purpose of dressing up and taking pictures in the comfort of my own home as I never go out fem, but I found that this had a variety of purposes outside of going girlmode. it works marvels for keeping my shlong incognito while wearing sweat pants or joggers, and keeps everything out of the way when I put on high wasted lady pants without much room in the crotch. my only complaint is that I wish I had purchased a size smaller because if Im out and about it doesn't stay fully tight and I might have to retuck once or twice depending on what Im doing and wearing. Tried this on and have only worn it for a few hours as I start to play in crossdressing. Firstly it fit as expected, a little snug but that was good as it held everything in place well. I'm 5'11" and roughly 185lb, 34" waist and got a medium. I love how small it is once on as you could wear some different panties over it. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is it is a little thick so you can see it through leggings. But other than that it seems like it is certainly worth the extra money. I did also buy a pair of the $17 camel toe style gaff from Amazon. Those were a disappointment in comparison to these. I bought two pairs about 3 months after of these after donating my entire wardrobe when I started transitioning. They completely changed what I thought I could wear. I currently own 7 pairs and they have become a trusty ally in this process. -I can wear them all day without undue comfort issues. -I wear them at the gym for intense workouts under leggings. -I have worn them under: dresses, booty shorts, bike shorts, jeans, sweat, skirts, their is no visible bulge with proper tucking technique. I feel so confident knowing I can stretch, dance, run, do everything without the tuck coming out. EDIT: I have now sized up twice because my "berries" are loose and have a lot of skin, so they sometimes poke out of the sides a bit after wearing the gaff for an extended time. Despite sizing up from a M to an XL, the gaff is still tight and I can wear it under tight fitness leggings at the gym with no fear of unwanted bulges. Fantastic purchase! Why these are good: The fabric is soft against the skin, which is good because for this to be effective it does need to be tight. It LOOKS like a thong, however the fabric has been reinforced in front with some sort of inner lining to add extra padding and snugness, so nothing unwanted will pop out. Also, at least in my case, I am able to wear this effectively without having to push my testicles up into myself like you would with a traditional gaffe - I can push my stuff down, slip the gaffe on and after minor adjusting I am good to go. Real talk: I'm not a fan of thongs personally so these will take some getting used to. with extended wear like all gaffes they will pinch and get tight in the lower parts. But they keep me bulge free so it's a fair trade off. Background: I'm a 33 year old trans girl. I transitioned 8 years ago, and in that time I've tried everything I can to tuck with no success. I have tried a few brands of gaffe panties, most of them (on Amazon) are regular briefs that have a reinforced vagina mold in the front, which actually ends up creating a lump in most pants (not exactly effective). UPDATE: So, I tried wearing these again all day as mentioned below. I went on a walk and got maybe 2 blocks before my bits started moving. I had a really good, deep tuck and when just going for a walk my tuck started untucking. I will stick with my Tuckituppp brand since they work well for me. These may work well for others, but sadly they don't for me. I will keep it 3 stars for the quality and feel of the item. I have used Tuckituppp with the wider waistband for years and never had issues. I will say that all day wear with those can sometimes get uncomfortable. I thought I would give these a try. So far, I am skeptical. I know how to wear gafs and these seem to let my bits untuck. I love the look and feel of them, but so far I haven't had success wearing these very long. I am trying again today to see how they do. I wear leggings all the time so I need concealment. It may be that depending on the size these have to be worn a certain way. I am used to a higher coverage in front and these may need to be much less in front to do the trick. I hope that is the case since I want to like these. I will update my review after testing this.
