I love kaftans, but they are not all made equally. This is my all-time favorite! It's made from viscose/rayon, very comfortable and breathable and on the large size, very roomy. As a 5'8 190 lb woman I appreciate this. Color is exactly as shown in the picture, super comfortable and honestly the very next best thing to being completely naked in terms of comfort. Did I mention how pretty it is? I feel like some kind of Royal person when I wear it. It is flowy, the color and design are really pretty and I couldn't be happier with it. This is airy, light fabric and looks great on. Im able to hide my kidney tools without and bulges. I wear a see through little jacket over it and have gotten many compliments. I love simple clothes that can be worn anywhere, this wears nicely. Wash by hand and in cold water to save your new look. Read more

I am 5'7" with long arms, 215lbs, 46"waist, 50" hips. I fits great and very roomy. My only complaint is they should have made the sleeves just a bit longer by 2-4". I want and need to cover my upper arms at my age and the elbow-it covers the upper arms but the elbows show sometimes on the short side of the sleeves and my elbows are wrinkly and not pretty at 74 years old. BUT I am going to keep it as it is SO comfortable and cute and material is soft and silky lightweight for southern California summer and not see through. Read more

I wouldn't wear this caftan out on a hot date, but for schlepping around the house on a lazy Sunday morning or curling up in front of the tv, it's ideal. The material is neither too heavy nor too light. It's not stiff or thick enough to be too hot or constraining, but it also isn't so thin that you'll feel like you are giving the delivery man a free peep show if you have to answer the door in it. I've washed it a couple of times now--in COLD water--and it washes fine. I tumble dry it on low or air only, and it comes out of the dryer with minimal wrinkling and no shrinkage. (I wouldn't want to test the shrinkage factor by throwing it into a hot washing and drying cycle, though!) Overall, I think this caftan could be a favorite go-to and hang-around-the-house outfit for years to come. Read more

I expected this to be opaque or at least not completely sheer. It does not look like the item pictured. May be great for a swimsuit cover-up but definitely cannot be worn alone. Read more
