Softer Beard Life, Happy Wife

I've had a few weeks with the beard kit, and overall I've been quite impressed! As other reviewers have mentioned, I LOVE how the oil and conditioner do not have a scent to them. Most other beard oils I've had in the past have a scent, and while I'm not too particular about scents, it is nice to be able to use other product for the smells. The oil and the conditioner have made my beard notably softer to the touch. I have noticed this, and so has my wife. So if you have a coarse beard, the moisture provided by the products will help. The packaging is quite nice, albeit a bit over the top. I would prefer less packaging myself, but the kit has good information on how to use it. The titanium roller isn't something I really see using much. It feels nice on the skin, but I haven't really worked it into my routine much. So if I could, I would buy just the oil and the conditioner myself. Overall I think what this kit provides is a good value. I'm giving it four stars because the roller, and the spray bottle to clean things I just won't use much myself. The comb is well built, but again, I use an older plastic comb with finer teeth for my beard. Read more
