I purchased this as a gift and here's what the recipient has to say: "I am giving it a 4 because while the product seems good, there's quite a bit of maintenance involved (e.g., oil blades before each use) and the company requires a rating in Amazon (or from wherever it's been purchased) before they will activate the "lifetime" warranty.
