The shoes are very beautiful and stylish, but extremely uncomfortable. The heel slips out, and when walking, these shoes feel like flip-flops. Despite the size matching the stated one, I bought special size reducers - I thought it would help. But the heel still slips out! Obviously, there is too high an arch here, and the main issue is the slippery wool inside. I will have to take these shoes for repair, although they also said there that they are unlikely to be able to help me. It's a pity that the shoes are so beautiful but uncomfortable. Read more
