insoles too thick

beautiful boots and good quality. Outside is hard unlike uggs. The insoles are so thick they make boots feel tight in toe box so I removed them and bought thinner wool inserts and that seems to do the trick. Going a bigger size would be too much since its the thick insoles that make the boot tight as they do run true to size without the insoles. Read more
