Buyer beware. This product worked for a very short time, and when it didn't, due to a flaw in the design, it became very dangerous. Not only did the camera become very blurry, but the scoops are very flimsy and detach easily,, once falling on the floor and the second time, in my ear. The scoop became wedged in my ear canal, and I had to go to urgent care to have a physician remove it, causing trauma to the ear. Very poor customer service experience. The manufacturer took no responsibility for a substandard, unsafe product, and at this time, the best resolution is to chuck it in the garbage. Read more

Pretty happy with this ear wax cam tool! Had some itchiness and bother in my ear for a while. Tried softener drops and the elephant spray rinse, but some wax deep in there wouldn’t even budge. This let me see exactly what was going on and where to focus. Super easy to use, and the camera made it way less nerve wracking seeing what’s going on. The softener drops def helped loosen things up too, so everything just worked together. If you’ve got stubborn ear wax or just wanna keep tabs on your ear health, this thing’s a solid buy. Read more

This otoscope is not user-friendly. Pairing with the phone is difficult. The shaft is not flexible enough to bend properly. When the tools are attached, they obscure any wax or foreign body that is lodged in the ear canal. In addition, the image is blurred, so I suspect I received a faulty instrument. All in all, I cannot recommend this item and I am being generous in giving it two stars. Read more
