This top is very pretty. The fabric is soft and thick with a noticeable weave that gives it a slightly textured look. I ordered the Grey Red. It is several shades darker than pictured online and the background is almost brown. This is a plus, however, because it goes nicely with the reddish-brown flowers in the print. The top is very stretchy and comfortable to wear. The mock turtleneck is a nice touch, given the thickness of the fabric. It seems to be well-constructed. The top is heavy enough to wear in fall weather but would probably need additional layering in colder winter weather. It could be worn casually, or, with the right accessories, might do as a work blouse. I machine washed it in cold water and tumbled dry low, with the top turned inside out. It came through fine, no shrinking or stretching, and wrinkle free. Be advised that the top is already a “relaxed fit,” so I would not recommend sizing up as suggested. I almost always wear a size medium, but I probably should have ordered a small. It was too large in the shoulders and hips, and the sleeves were a good 3” too long. The match is nearly perfect. The blouse is made of a polyester and spandex blend. It is thickly woven, giving a warm, super soft, slightly stretchy material that will definitely be good for winter months. I wore the blouse to dinner last night with my family. I got compliments on it. The blouse is gorgeous, actually. The bold printed flowers are bright and easy to read from a distance. The deep blues and golden colors really paired well in this top. I am not a fan of the mock turtle-neck design neckline, but it didn't bother me as much as the shoulders. They never laid flat on my shoulders. They kept bunching up and causing little mountain ridges to stand up on top of my shoulders. I kept having to tug on the shirt to pull them down. ANNOYING. I also didn't like the short waistline cut. In the photos, they show it as being longer, almost to the top of your thighs, however my blouse barely reaches below my waistline, showing my muffin top roll whenever I stand. Maybe they didn't account for women having breasts when they cut this design from the fabric? IDK... I just know that it's a warm, soft, gorgeous top that I can't wear. Price tag is $22.49 and if it were made right, that would be a steal of a deal. Read more
