These pillows are very nicely made. The cotton cover is silky soft and the binding is well done. Also, these are a true queen size. Some queen pillows I've bought are closer to standard but these are nice and large. They arrive compressed. The instructions say to shake them vigorously for up to 5 minutes or tumble dry low for a few minutes. Since I live in an apartment and have to use a coin laundry, I opted for the first option and shook them for about five minutes. They fluffed right up. Still I wanted to be sure, so I took them down to the laundry and tumble dried them low with wool dryer balls for a few minutes and continued tumbling them a while longer with no heat. Honestly, they didn't fluff up all that much more. So you can get the full fluffing affect simply by fluffing by hand. I waited more than 24 hours to actually use the pillows. The pillows have a nice loft and are super soft. They do spring back after compressed, just as described. Personally these are just a bit s too soft for me My husband thinks they're fine.. I do like the cloud-like feel but my head sinks fairly low . My neck needs a bit more support when lying on my back. It's very comfortable for sleeping on my side. I haven't had any neck ache when I wake up. I didn't notice the washing directions until after I ordered these. They can be machine washed in cold water but need to be laid flat to dry. Where I live, they would never dry, so I may try drying them on low for part of the way. These are definitely well-made pillows and would be ideal for anyone who prefers a softer pillow. Read more

Sent these back because as soon as I laid my head on them it sunk to the bottom and the sides of the pillow came up on the sides of my head, literally burying my head in it. I did everything the instructions said even putting them in the dryer to attempt to fluff them up. Read more

These are big comfortable pillows. They fluff up well for making up the bed. They will compress and adjust for sleeping so you can shape them around your head to get a comfortable position. My wife likes to put hers under her head and lay on her side and it supports her well. I like to make a little alcove over my head while sleeping on my back and I'm able to flatten and shape a little area. We are both happy with these pillows. These large pillows are a good value.
