I ordered this set in FIRM. What I received was two pillows that are soft and so thin that the came rolled up like a child’s bedroll and vacuum packed. Both pillows fit in a small box. I fluffed and manipulated them as instructed and let them “relax” for three days. They are still thin and far too soft. I would have to use both pillows to fill a single decorative bed pillow case.
