I like the way the sheets feel and fit the king beds. The main struggle is if you have a box spring with your matress , finding bedding that fits and lays past your mattress or even further, the box spring. The sheets fits very nice, and if they came in the Alaskan King I would have purchased those instead, but so far they seem to work decent. They are thick but nicely Breathable so it's not suffocating or too hot. The fitted sheets did very well with the deep pockets for thick mattresses. As a precious review stated to wash before using, it's best to wash anything prior to use anyhow, it does reduce an odor there is. Wrinkles are not terrible and will definitely straighten out with use. This sheet set was a very good buy and I am pleased with the purchase and the quality. I had looked at many reviews of this product from various sources before purchasing. After opening the bag, I noticed the blend of fabric was 70% cotton and 30% linen. I was expecting 55% cotton and 45% linen (based on the reviews I'd seen on various websites). I emailed the company about this discrepancy and they explained they are testing a variety of materials for these sheets, so you could be receiving one blend or the other. Their website, nor Amazon's website will tell you what blend you'll receive. It's like going to Vegas and playing the slot machines—surprise! You'll likely be charged the same price for either blend, which is unfair. Linen is far more expensive and more durable than cotton. I haven't washed the sheets yet because they were as soft as a pair of old jeans right out of the bag and had no chemical odor. They are extremely well made, fit perfectly, and have a generous amount of elastic on the fitted sheet. The cotton used is upland cotton (short staple). The color perfectly matched the website image. I'll likely do an update after using the sheets for a while. UPDATE: I've washed the sheets a few times in warm water/warm dryer and have no complaints. They feel like they are made of 70% regular percale cotton and 30% flannel--soft and slightly fuzzy--like a peach. Read more
