The bed arrived in original packing from the manufacturer. It took a while to unpack as it was super tight in the box. Find the directions for opening and you won't have any issues. It did take 48 hours to completely deflate. My dog Buddy seems to love it. It is very comfy looking, and he took right to it without "sampling" the contents as he is prone to do with new stuff. It is just his size (beagle-dachshund mix) , and it keeps him warm in our iffy weather (colder than usual). Read more

Size! Outer measurements said to be 25×21 inch - but you get this only WHEN SIDES ARE PRESSED DOWN. Without pulling or stretching it is 23×19". I on purpose looked for a 25" bed to get enough space inside the edges, even when soft, not happy now. Very soft, so my dogs snuggle happily even though they overflow. It also means the edges don't really give support. Needs unfolding and shaking to get in shape from the vacuum packing. Read more
