Love this product! I have extremely dry skin, and it's especially crepey on my arms. My daughter came to visit recently and brought some of this with her and put it on my arms, hands, neck, and face, and not only did it absorb quickly, but my skin immediately plumped up and felt smooth and soft and hydrated with no greasy feel and no scent. As a bonus, it cleared up my daughter's facial acne! We bought our own jar in the larger size and are loving it! Highly recommend, and it's also very economical! π β€οΈ Read more

i have no idea if this stuff is good. the first time i bought beef tallow for face i put in the search, 'made in the usa' (which is not easy getting the amazon search to 'listen') and loved it so much i needed more. after chemo therapy i swear it helped my nails grow stronger and that was just from using it on my face. forgot to this time to put in, 'made in america' and the new one is from some place in china...states no artificial ingredients but it's smell says otherwise. it's okay on the face but feels like it is surface only and never 'disappears'. i wish there was a way to put, made in usa' and make it stick for products that will be consumed or used on/in the body. I usually buy whipped beef tallow from a lady in Texas who hand-makes it in her kitchen. Something went wrong with the shipping this time, so I resorted to buying tallow from Amazon while I waited. Handmade whipped tallow is normally thick, dense, and has a subtle greasiness that dissolves well into dry skin, even when blended with other ingredients. However, this tallow is incredibly thin, like the texture of a watery lotion rather than a "balm". Much of it seems to evaporate from my skin rather than being absorbed. I have formulated skin butters and lotions before, and I do not fully believe that the only ingredients here are tallow fat, honey, and oils β it physically doesn't make sense. I'm also wary about the lack of info on where and how this product was made β the plastic wrap said "Made in China", so I assume it's factory manufactured en masse. I'm leaving three stars because it seems to work as an alternative skincare option for other people who maybe haven't used tallow products before. But if you're familiar with the real deal, this isn't it. Read more

This stuff is amazing for my daughter's eczema!! We tried every lotion/ cream under the sun. The only thing that helped was a steroid cream, and it was bleaching her skin. I tried this beef tallow at a friend's suggestion and we are never looking back! My daughter's eczema is not completely gone, but now you can hardly see it and she isn't itching it constantly. I apply a little to her problem areas every day, and it really keeps the eczema from coming back. It's very soft and it smells good to us. I am so pleased to have found a natural solution to this problem. The bleached spots look like they're fading and the redness and itchiness are gone. Truly a miracle! Read more

I appreciate that itβs made with clean, natural ingredients like grass-fed tallow, honey, and coconut oil β no chemicals or artificial additives. Itβs perfect for dry or sensitive skin, and even helps soothe rough patches and irritation. A little goes a long way, and the results are amazing. Canβt be certain exactly what the manufacturer details are-which matters- because "beef tallow" is an unpleasant concept - so is thinking about cows eating anything other than grass- although it's conceivable they consume any number of things - looking at the advertisement- the cow looks like it's in Texas- but this isn't from any Texican cattle- - It seems unrealistic to assume "tallow" is exported- processed - and sent back? You may want to consider a cattle industry you know- and some less cryptic information on the jar - Read more
