I am a 100% believer in this stuff! I got it the first time at Whole Foods for help with immunity. But just last week I could feel a cold coming on and I had a stuffy nose and sore throat. I gave myself 4 sprays into the back of the throat as recommended 3 or 4 times per day and I got immediate sore throat relief and I swear my cold lasted half the time it usually does and my cold was less severe than other people that I assume I got it from. I have a persistent dry cough and this spray really helps. I have used the spray over a period of 2 or 3 days and my cough seems to diminish and I don't need it quite as often.
