Very soft, works as expected. Holds a charge well and I get several uses from one charge. I fall asleep with the heat on, and it automatically turns off after about 20 min. Love that there are multiple heat levels, and it fits very comfortable. Love this product! Read more
I got to see if it will help my dry eyes. I like the fabric and the 3 heat-level settings. Works great when I’m using it! Except the charge doesn’t hold well. I’m not sure if that’s defective or just how they are. I have to recharge it often. Read more

This mask is an absolute game changer! Constant heat for 15 minutes. My lids and eyes were “boring” at this week’s appointment according to my oculoplastic surgeon. My lids nor eyes are angry red anymore. The 1st heat setting on this mask is the optimum heat for someone doing warm compresses, but there are two warmer settings. I was using too high of heat prior to this beauty. So soft and cozy that I frequently doze off. Easy to clean. I slip the mask out of its cover, place on the charger, and hand wash the cover with gentle soap, hang to dry. Great battery life as well. Read more
I have used this mask now for a month and love it. All my prior masks were with cords, so I love this cordless mask. It was a little tricky at first to turn off and on and adjust the tempurature, but after a few days I had no problem. You have to hold until it vibrates to turn on, then when you want to change to tempurature you just do a short hold. Stays on for 15 mins and is helping with my dry eyes and blepharitis. I had read some reviews complaining that the hot pads end up heating the eyebrow instead of the eyes. I did not encounter this problem. If you pull the strap slightly upward like instructed, the hot pads warm the eyes the way it should. I don't know how long this will last but, so far, it is working the way it should. Read more
