What I loved: the size and the pockets! This crossbody bag has an outer pocket that can hold my cellphone for easy access. It has another zippered pocket on the other side as well. The inside is nicely lined with more pockets that do not hinder the main space. I love the rich, well finished look of these bags. The gray color is very nice. The black is ok, but the material doesn’t have the look and feel of a soft leather. I guess I just prefer the gray one. Did not like so much: the narrow width of the bottom or base. My ideal purse would be this size but with a 2 to 3 inch wide bottom so the it stands up on its own. I was able to stand the purse up in the photos by filling the bottom with paper. But a 3” width along the bottom would hold so much more and make it easy to set it down without it falling over. It’s just a pet peeve of mine and it’s something that is hard to find in a small crossbody bag. The wide guitar strap is not really my thing, but it is tastefully matched to the purse. I would prefer a soft, narrow adjustable strap in a solid matching color. However I highly recommend these bags because of how great they look, the attention to details and the well-finished look of the seams and lining. They hold quite a bit for the size. The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this Befen bag to replace another slimmer and smaller Befen bag that I have been using for almost a year and a half. During this time, the slimmer bag has been my go-to bag every day I go out, just holding my essentials. Although my smaller Befen bag has served me well, I got this new one because: (1) some wear was showing in a few areas which is expected after being my one and only handbag in use for such a lengthy period, (2) the slimmer style has lost its appeal, oftentimes being too narrow for me to see what I'm reaching in to grab (my small hand takes up the entire width and the interior material is black just like the exterior), and (3) I no longer wanted to have a top flap to snap closed. This new Befen bag is slightly less than double the width. I didn't need the extra space, but I did need the extra width without a top flap. What I like: (1) wider for my hand to reach into, (2) the interior is light-colored so I can easily see the contents, (3) no top flap, and (4) it carries all of my essentials with some room to spare. What I don't like: I have to turn my Moto G Android phone diagonally for it to fit into the front zippered section if I want it to have its own dedicated section similar to my previous bag (and when I do put it in there, the contents of the middle zippered section pushing into it can affect whether or not the phone will fit comfortably and whether the zipper can easily close that section. To remedy this, I keep my phone in the middle section with other items for the best fit. A difference (not a dislike) I've had to adapt to is this new bag doesn't have built-in card slots, so I use my small wristlet which fits inside nicely. I was looking for a leather, tan, crossbody bag with a camera strap strap. This was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I didn't feel like spending $1000s on a brand name, but I wanted a good quality leather. This bag arrived and I was so happy to see the leather felt soft. The bag had one exterior zippered pocket and one exterior pocket without a closure. The single center section has a zipper closure. There are two interior pockets.
