Update: I’ve been doing the Beginner Bands routines since June.. 4.5 months now. It’s so much easier now to climb stairs and get up from a seated position. I love the Core and Upper Body routines too. Not too hard but challenging enough. Wish I’d found Justin sooner! (End update) Excellent! So much better than any other rubber band set. I love the 3 colored levels so I can use easy on weaker areas and medium on stronger. Jason’s videos are outstanding as they are controlled and safe especially for seniors like me. I was just diagnosed with osteoporosis and have been at a loss as to how to safely do resistance training. So much better than free weights for me. I signed up for Jason’s subscription too and love the wide variety of exercises besides bands. He has a gentle and encouraging personality without pushing you to do more than you can. Absolutely love Justin and these bands! Well worth it. And Justin's companion videos for these as well as any of his other videos are truly helpful, gentle, effective, and above all - he's NICE. No yelling, no pushing, he understands and respects that everyone's bodies, temperaments, preferences, and needs are different. Love the thickness of these bands. Won't roll or pinch during use, comfortable to use. Useful for arms, legs, back abs. Has sufficient resistance for me at this time. Comes with access to a starter video as well as option for a yearly workout subscription. Probably best for beginners of all ages. Im happy with what i got for the price. Read more

I love these because they are material. I am allergic to latex and could not use any bands before. These are material that I can use. I like the fact that it has different strengths and that you can easily use the door one too. No complicated and Justin shows you how to put on and he is good about instructions.
