I ORDERED TWO OF THESE CLOCKS, one green, one blue. They sent me two green, one OK, one broken. They were much smaller than I expected. I alway think I can tell how big something in a picture will turn out to be in real life. But I can't. These clocks are tiny--2 1/8" tall x 2 1/4" wide x 1" deep. Smaller than a deck of cards, by a lot. Handy if yiu need a travel alarm. Takes up no space. It's plastic so it weighs practically nothing. Tells time once you put a battery in it--the one that isn't broken does anyway. The broken one looks like somebody stepped on it and pushed the clock part too far into the plastic case and crunched up the corner of it. (IThe plastic is quite thin, like the plastic boxes cassette tapes and straight pins and pushpins come in, very breakable. And they shipped them in a plastic bag.) I tried to reposition the clock part and put in a battery, but it still wouldn't work. And, of course, it still wasn't blue. But, for the price, what was I expecting? We bought two clocks one for my desk, one for the bathroom. Very basic, small, run by one AA battery. The clocks we purchased came with the pale-greenish covers, and though one was partially cracked in shipping (soft packaging), it did not interfere with normal operation. The ticking is somewhat noticeable in a quiet room. Good value, just what I was looking for. Read more
