I've had this charger over 3 years and it has worked great every time. No issues whatsoever. I use it every month for air travel and more. I have used this on several trips thus far and like it. Charges my cell and can charge my companions. Charges relatively quickly. A little bit heavy but worth it. It is slim so fits in small bag. Bought two of these to take on a trip to Japan. Fully charged them and plugged in to one on the flight there when my phone was at 20%. Set my phone aside and picked it up later and saw it had stopped charging and the phone was only at 45%. Battery had no more charge left so I switched to the other one, which was only able to charge my phone up to 88%. Really disappointing capacity for such a bulky and expensive product. Not sure what kind of phones other people have that they're able to charge multiple times with one battery, but with an iPhone 16 Pro Max you won't get very far. Read more

My battery of my recent phone lasts pretty long, but occasionally not long enough. Or one of the people on a trip needs a charge. The inclusion of a standard USB-C and an Apple connector is cleverly implemented. I have even recharged the battery of my Nikon D780 DSLR in-camera after taking videos which use much more power than taking pictures. This had been a great power bank but after 1 year both the USB C and the lightning charger both stopped working. Also, with the change in Iphone from lightning it is a bit obsolete and would be better with C ports. I will give it another try but have my concerns. Read more

The shape of this thing just makes me happy. Also that it can power things with a USB - c or an apple iphone - makes it really useful. You do need to push the button to charge - plugging your phone into this battery doesn't do anything unless you push the (sleek and nice) little button. So be warned (or read the instructions, which I did not). Rounded edges slide into any bag easily. Great design. Seems to hold a charge well. Read more

I don’t leave home without one of these chargers - the cord is nicely attached so I don’t have to carry one around. I bought more any time they were on sale and have enough to charge one while carrying one or two. Seems to change my phone faster than plugging into the wall & charges my phone to 100% from dead. Great portable charger. It holds enough power to charge my phone fully more than once. I've only used it a few times, but it's been fast and reliable each time. It's larger and heavier than my previous small charger, and it gets a little warm while connected to and charging my phone, but it's worth it, knowing that I don't have to worry about my phone's battery life on the go.
