Love
I eat a lot of chicken and Bell & Evans is my favorite. They have lots of choices and I've tried most of them. Never disappointed. It's always fresh and moist and tasty no matter how I prepare it. The packaging alone makes it worth it. It comes all vacu-sealed and ready to toss in the freezer. I stock up when it's on sale so I always have some on hand. Read more
Always Fresh, and Air Cooled
I have seen quite a few videos regarding air vs. water cooled chicken. I know that there's a lot of controversy over this debate, but on a personal level, I feel more comfortable with air cooled chicken rather than chicken that has been cooled in a bath that has had chlorine added to kill bacteria. These chicken packs are vacuum sealed to keep the chicken fresh. I use thighs for stir fry, chicken tikka masala, chicken salad, and more. They are already boneless and skinless, so there is very little prep involved other than cooking and cutting up. Yes, they are a bit more expensive, but are worth the extra $$$ in my opinion. I decided to try the boneless skinless chicken thighs. It was absolutely wonderful to cook with them. It was fast it was easy they were tasty. I never ate the chicken without the skin before so I think this is what I’ll be doing in the future. Read more
