Love this bag. It’s a perfect carryall for errands. Two of the most minor notes – the hidden AirTag pocket in the label doesn’t seal so the tag just slips right out, and it could use a few more shallow pockets near the top for smaller items you don’t want to hunt for at the bottom. Read more

Bought the black one to carry in carryon bag and then use sight-seeing around DC for a weekend. It's super light, looks very nice, and holds a ton without getting heavy. My husband and I threw our necessities in and just traded off who carried it, but neither of us minded because it's so light. But holds its shape! Also the backpack straps are actually padded and comfortable. And the backpack strap stow away pocket is super deep and we used it for our phones and wallets so easy to access but at our back so no one else could reach them. I love the deep pockets in front that zip for little things but could easily fit a large water bottle in there! And the inside pop out side pockets hold an umbrella and glasses, etc. I would buy another in more colors and I'm considering carrying this for everyday instead of a my heavier leather bag. I absolutely fell in love with this bag when I received it. I could use it as a personal item and fit all my overflow from my carry on as well as my inflight travel necessities. The carry handles are long enough to loop over my shoulder comfortably as well as make carrying as a tote easy. The drawback for this bag is trying to use it in its capacity as a backpack; it is an utter and complete failure in this regard. There is no locking mechanism on the adjustable straps to keep the bag in a comfortable position. The straps loosen and slide to their full extension, beginning when the bag is initially positioned and continuing to loosen with wear. This caused a great deal of discomfort, chaffing, and inconvenience by constantly slipping off my shoulders and having to stop to readjust and tighten the straps. For the hefty price, I expected a better thought out design and certainly an above average level of quality control. Too bad I tested this bag on the road while in Europe, I would have returned it otherwise. Read more
