Nice tart finish
I found many uses for Nancy's cream cheese and now I can no longer find any. I appreciated the tart and fresh (not "cheesy") flavor. This product comes close. It is not a perfect replacement - it gets watery towards the bottom of the tub. But it is totally legit creme fraiche so five stars without reservation. Read more

Not what I remember with Creme Fraiche, merely okay
I'm guessing it's not easy to package Creme Fraiche and this one was merely okay. Probably you have to make it yourself to get that restaurant quality that I was hoping to find. This was okay, but not really what I was wanting, too dense, sour creamy, not enough oompf. Read more
