followed instructions watch is not working. I set the timer and no results. I wouldn't recommend. The instructions are complex and after reading a following them the watch still did not work. watch is cute but would buy on that is maybe more expensive because they are simpler to use. I've used potty watches in the past and this one was too hard to set up. The charging port in annoying where it is located may break easily. Read more
Seemed to work well for about a week. We were using the hourly reminder setting and it would vibrate and play a little melody. After a week I decided I wanted to use the Alarm setting to set specific times of day since my guy was getting into a schedule. Well, the alarm never went off. I doublechecked that the alarms were set and that the sound/vibration was on, but nothing. I was very disappointed. We are returning it. I also ordered a second watch, this time in yellow, for my younger guy. The watch came without a charger and so I returned it. I then reordered the same color watch hoping I would get a charger this time(the company is from Japan therefore I can’t call them). A week later, it still hadn’t shipped, so I requested the same product be sent to me. I received the SAME exact yellow watch—with no charger(I’m convinced it was the exact same one) that I had returned last week. And another one is SUPPOSED to arrive Friday. I’m going to be so peeved if it doesn’t have a charger. And if the Alarms don’t work on either I’ll just be returning all of them. Read more

Worked perfectly until it was time to recharge. The watch never took a charge and we had to return it. We loved the way it looked, the color was amazing, it was easy to use, it had a good volume to it, and the cost was great! The only problem was it wouldn’t take a charge. Read more
