I’m very happy with this Ben Sherman quarter zip hooded sweater. The material is lightweight but still warm enough for cooler mornings, making it perfect for work, casual outings, or even golf. It layers well over a shirt without feeling bulky. I was a little one the fence about the hood and wish it was also offered without the hood, but the fit is true to size and looks clean and polished, not sloppy like some hoodies can be. I have a few other Ben Sherman items, and I'm always happy with their comfort and quality. This is no exception. This quarter zip looks great, feels wonderful, and is very comfortable. It is lightweight, so a jacket or coat fits over it easily. The color is deep and looks great with jeans. A very thin and lightweight quarter zip top in a stretchy and sporty entirely synthetic material. Polyester and spandex and with the thickness of paper. Looks nice enough, but runs small, with the US large fitting more like a UK large, which would be understandable if sizing ALL ran in British sizing from this British company. But it doesn't, and is frequently a lottery as to how large large will be, and how medium your medium will be. Anyway, it's perfectly pleasant to look at, with a slim sporty cut, and length of body and arms is consistent with a large even if things are pretty tight around the torso. It feels synthetic and somewhat unpleasant because of all that polyester, and static electricity is going to become your best friend. Finish is all neat and tidy with no loose seams or poor stitching. The neck label is RIDICULOUSLY long and looks more like a supermarket receipt. Colour is consistent and as expected. Do not underestimate how thin this is, though. Do not confuse 'sweater' for being anything more than taking the very slightest chill off. Read more

I love this shirt very much. The material feel soft and not too heavy so I can wear it for work or just hang out. The zipper part is smooth and I like the style because it look clean. I wouldn't consider this a sweater. It's effectively a lightweight shirt since it's going to do very little to keep you warm. The fabric feels fine but is not what I would consider soft like cotton or fleece, but a better feel than a basic polyester. My normal size medium fits me well as it has a bit of a slim fit to it which I like, and gives it a more fitted look. The navy color is true to the photo and looks great.
