Great addition
Have used this twice. Once for pastina and once for rotelli pasta. Worked perfectly. Did a full box of pasta at once. You need to work out your timing but this is so much better than standing over a pot of boiling water and stirring for 15 to 30 minutes. And it hand washes in seconds. Read more

Why are this so hard to find.
To me I just stopped cooking rice in a pot maybe 7 years ago and started using one of these. Now they want you to buy a another electric device. Nope. I just make rice with it. I like it for that. Read more

Way bigger than I was expecting, didn’t fit in our first microwave. Plastic felt a bit flimsy. Easy to clean. I was happy to replace it when I found a smaller, sturdier microwave rice cooker in a store. Read more

Perfect for those of us who don't need lots of rice. I need rice occasionally and an electric rice cooker would take up too much space and probably isn't ideal for small amounts. I had a similar one that lasted 25 years & am well-satisfied with this. Read more
