I needed a lightweight portable stand to keep in the trunk in my car for outdoor photo shoots. It’s easy to assemble and solid on the ground. I use a heavy camera, Canon 5DSR, and it sits very solid on this stand. The carry bag works well and keeps the stand from getting damaged. Love it. Lightweight, sturdy, compact, well-engineered. Good assortment of accessories. I am using both a Leica Q2 and a Fujifilm GX100S II...talk about opposite ends of the spectrum, but I only wanted to carry one tripod. I'd buy it again. It replaced two others I didn't like. Read more

When received, the center column was loose and there doesn't appear to be any way to tighten it making the center column useless and the head unstable. Unfortunately, I was leaving on an extended trip and now that I am back, Amazon is not interested in helping. Very disappointed in the poor quality control on an otherwise good tripod. Read more
