When received, the center column was loose and there doesn't appear to be any way to tighten it making the center column useless and the head unstable. Unfortunately, I was leaving on an extended trip and now that I am back, Amazon is not interested in helping. Very disappointed in the poor quality control on an otherwise good tripod. Read more
