Product came damaged, the lid was not closing. I live all the way in Jamaica so returns are somewhat hard for me. The packaging was in tact. I'm so disappointed because I was anticipating the item in time for school. Never buying again. The sellers reached out to me about my complaint and, to be honest, the way my concern was handled has locked me in with this company. Not everyday do you meet suppliers who reach out to their customers this way. I also want to note that after receiving my replace product, I first filled it with water and turned it upside down. They didn't lie, it is leak proof. It's also very sturdy and my son loved it tje minute his eyes caught it. Thank you Bentgo fo such amazing service.
