This is exactly what i needed for my sore legs after a session of jogging, boxing, or crossfit. This is a lot cheaper than the normatec hyperice verison - $1000, and its usb-c. My only issue is the bluetooth connection. I cant get my phone to connect so i have to manually hit the restart button every 15-20 mins intead of setting it in the app. Read more

Good compression massager for legs but won’t pair with my iPhone.

These would get a 5 star review because I really like how they work on my legs. (I could not afford the expensive machine recommended by my PT.) This seems just as good to me. My only complaint is that they won’t pair with my iphone. I contacted the company. Hopefully they can help! Read more

app connectivity needs work. the 110 of pressure is definitely on the low side and not enough

Not strong enough pressure and also the biggest weakness is the app. App needs work, seller also offered to refund purchase amount. customer service seems to be a high point. Read more

Very effective

These compression boots do an excellent job of helping my circulation and recovery from exercise. I've tried a couple of different pairs similar to these, but haven't felt nearly as much effect from them as I do from these. It's a bizarre experience. At different points throughout the session, when they release pressure I can actually feel my leg growing warmer from increased blood flow. The way that they've divided the length up into 5 sections and how they have the air pouches work really does make the compression more seamless than it is in other designs that I've tried. They're very well made in general. I am at the very shortest height in the range of heights for the size that I ordered. There are other people in our household who are taller so it does make sense for me to have gone up in size instead of down. The legs come up really far, but I do find that once they inflate, they work their way down a couple of inches so they end up fitting me after all. One thing I'm not crazy about is that they have an on/off switch on the sides of the controllers. A couple of times I've forgotten that I turned the switch to the "off" position and I'm wondering why they're not working... It's not a big deal and I just have to remember to turn them on, but when I first received them I thought the left leg was defective. My fault for not reading the instructions first. The on/off switch is probably a good idea, but I just keep forgetting about it. Another issue is that I've had trouble pairing them with my phone. I did get them paired after a bit of a struggle, but they still don't always play nicely with my phone. I tend to use them without the phone so it's not a huge deal, but the app allows for more customization of the massage. It's also a lot easier to tell which mode you're in. The app doesn't ask for a ton of permissions. If you think you'd want to use them with the app, I'd recommend downloading Beoka's app ahead of time. You won't be able to do much without a device to pair it to, but you can at least make sure you don't mind its permissions. Make sure you have a place to sit or lie down with your legs straight. You won't be bending them with the boots on. For me, the only place I really have that I can use these is in bed since they come up so very high on me. I lie down and enjoy the feeling and it ends up almost putting me to sleep. For me, the complaints that I have about these are more minor nitpicky ones. On the other hand, they really rejuvenate my legs and the massage feels great. I think they're priced terribly high, but they also do a lot more good than other similar ones that I've tried. I personally could never justify spending anywhere near the full price. If you have enough need for leg compressors or enough money that the cost wouldn't deter you, though, then I would recommend them as being a very good and effective pair. Read more

Not sure if I'm using it right, but it seems to help anyway

I'm not a doctor, so I'm not 100% sure what the science is behind this device, but I've seen them used and highly recommended by various professionals on YouTube--guys who actually hold Master's and PhD credentials in exercise physiology, physical therapy, etc. So when I saw this pop up, I figured I'd give it a try. I do a lot of catering jobs as a side gig, and I've been doing so for 20+ years. So some days, I spent a LOT of time on my feet. And I've found that, as I get older, it's harder to sleep after a long day of standing and running around. My joints get really stiff and my muscles just ache. So I tried this out, on the lowest setting, just to be safe, and sure enough, I was able to sleep better. So clearly something is working. The one critique I have is that I would like a lot more literature with this. An operating manual is nice, but insufficient. I even checked with my primary care doctor about this and he said it's more of a physical therapy device, so I called a physical therapist that I've worked with in the past, and they said they'd need to do a session before they could give me any specific advice. So it's basically impossible to find any info on the proper usage, beyond just the generic recommendations they offer with their literature. But other than that, it seems to deliver, at least in terms of reducing soreness and fatigue. So for now, I'll call that a badly needed win. Read more
