This stuff is a God send, the day they stop making it I will cry bc it actually works. It works on baby burn diaper rashes like the worst kind of rash a baby can have. My little one had a horrible burn like rash 1 week after being born, I had this cream my sister gave me a few years back (yes it was expired) however I was desperate to make my child’s bum better and boy did it still do the trick after a few days the rash was completely gone. My sisters MIL would always get this stuff overseas and I would hope I could find it in the states and lucky here it was.
