Runs small, no free return
The inserts are similar in quality to more expensive ones, but they run small - I wear size 8 1/2 shoe, and the 9-9 1/2 size is too short to properly line up with my heel and arch. Normally with Amazon purchases, I can drop returns at Kohls or Whole Foods, but with this, I have to pay $6.95 and return via UPS. So if you buy, choose a larger size and be aware that you won't get a full refund if you need to return it. Read more
