My husband and I are working from home due to covid, so we redid our office, which was hardly an office prior to all this. He prefers leather, and I prefer mesh, but we both got chairs at similar price points. Leather: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IFHPVEU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This One: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0828VR9YV/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Both were very easy to put together. Both have trouble rolling over our carpet, even though our carpet is very low profile. It's borderline needing to buy a plastic mat. This chair doesn't hurt my back - which was my main concern since I have back issues and some office chairs bother me. That said, the padding leaves a lot to be desired. I may wind up using a pillow or cushion. Neither of these are high end chairs. I think this chair is going to wear pretty quickly. Depending on how you like to sit, the seats are a little narrow if you spread your legs much or if you are a bigger person. It looks pretty good and it's great for occasional use, but I anticipate buying another chair sooner rather than later if we work from home longterm. Read more

Good confort, quality, excellent chair Read more
I've had this chair for 3-4 months, and it works okay. I wouldn't recommend as a long-term chair, or if you plan on sitting down for a long time each day. Positives: It works fine. Nothing is broken so far, and setup was easy. It has been sturdy so far. The back support seems fine. Negatives: The mesh material on the seat can be mildly annoying, and the non adjustable hard plastic armrests were more of a pain than I thought they would be. I had to tighten all of the screws after 1-2 months because the chair became squeaky, but after I did that the issue went away. The chair is also just slightly off balance, not enough to be a big issue, but enough to be mildly bothered by. Read more
I bought this about 2 years ago and then the hydraulic mechanism broke. I looked at replacing the mechanism and just decided I'd rebuy it. It isn't ideally comfortable but it is functional. And I wanted an orange chair to match my room, so I was limited with options. If you want a black chair, I'm sure you could find better. Read more
I've never purchased an office chair before. I've used plenty, but always either in offices, or inherited from friends. How much variation can there be in your run-of-the-mill, standardized, ergonomic office chair, I wondered. After reading reviews for a bunch of different office chairs, I hesitantly settled on this one, being fairly middle-of-the-road as far as my price range (under $100) and needs (wheels, arms, adjustable back, somewhere to park my butt) were concerned. After assembling the chair (straightforward and pretty quick - took me maybe 30 minutes, and I took my time to ensure I was doing it right) and using it for a couple of weeks, I can unequivocally say that this is the absolute worst office chair I've ever used. Pros: It has wheels. It has a back. Adjustable (slightly). Easy to assemble. Cons: It's super loud/creaky. The seat has started tilting to the side. The arms don't stay attached to the back. The issue with the arms may be that the screws that the chair ships with are too short. Once I find some appropriately-sized replacement screws and try to better affix the arms, I'll update this review (will I though? or will I be one of the thousands of people who say this and then never think about it again?) The creakiness could potentially be fixed with some WD40. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The fact that the chair is not level is the biggest dealbreaker. A chair should be flat. I feel like I'm slowly tilting to the side every time I sit down now. If it tilted to the left, maybe I could handle it, but it's tilting to the right. I'm starting to understand conservatives more and more, and I hate myself for it. Is this chair part of an elaborate GOP-backed conspiracy to gerrymander our thoughts through our desk chairs through an insidious and gradual tilt to the right? Also, it kind of hurts my back. It doesn't seem worth it to return the chair, because that's kind of a hassle and then I'll be without a chair until I get a replacement, while having no guarantee that the next chair I get will be any better. Guess it's off to a big box! Read more
