These markers are great! They work well on different mediums, I use them in my classroom for different art projects. They are vibrant and easy to use, you don’t have to shake them to get the paint to the tip. Plus it has two different tips. Love these markers! I had tried hand (brush) painting on a tool box for my sister who makes jewelry (she was primarily using a shoe box to transport her tools before) and it just was NOT working out. I'd never used paint markers before, but they work very well, and I like the depth of color. They dry fast and do not goop like typical acrylic paint does/did. I will say though: if you want something to be truly opaque, you should do a few layers. Also, modge podge sealing spray works very well to ensure that there is no cracking or transfer (keep in mind I am writing about using these markers on a durable plastic tool box! Not wood or other surfaces). The range that I selected fit my needs, but if you're looking for lighter, pastel colors, this may not be the best fit... I did find, however, that you can mix the colors-- but be aware it will likely stain the marker tip itself. Good size, I love that there is a fine tip and wider one on the other end. I got these Betem 24 Colors Dual Tip Acrylic Paint Pens for my daughter, and she absolutely loves them. The colors are super bright and show up really well on everything she’s tried so far... on paper, rocks, and even some little craft projects. The dual tips are really nice because she can do thicker coloring with one end and finer details with the other. They’re easy for her to use, don’t make a huge mess, and the ink flows smoothly without skipping. Overall, these have been a big hit in our house and have kept her busy and creative for hours. I LIKE these markers, however they are MARKERS. Compaired to other brands these are less vibrant and not as opaque as competitors. That being said - I love the dual tip, the variety of colors, and the accurate shade representation on the caps. These are ready to apply to your project no need to prime which is also a plus. I don't love that I have to store them horizontal - but that's what you get for a dual tip product. I use these primarily for banner painting and script writing on canvas. If you look at the attached photos the black outline around the bottom of the face is the marker, while the outline around the hands/collar is brushed on. Same thing with the Hello - the most opaque section of white are where I went back with a brush to increase the opacity. Read more
They’re also super beginner-friendly. The ink flows consistently, doesn’t leak, and dries fast, which makes crafting so much more enjoyable. I love these markers and am so happy with my purchase! I’ve been using them for both card-making and rock-painting. This pack comes with literally every color one needs, and the markers have two sides; one side has a larger tip, and the other has a smaller one, so it’s perfect for any and all crafts you’re working on! The colors are bold, and the markers last a long time. The only warning I’d give is that they take a while to dry and bleed through finer papers, but that’s to be expected with paint pens/markers. We bought this for an arts and crafts project for Breakfast with Santa. We purchased wooden blank Christmas Ornaments. The markers worked so well and provided so chooses. Colors dry darker than they appear wet, difficulty blending compared to alcohol markers, potential streaking, and cleanup challenges once dry. This brand really held up well and the nibs were really resistant to the abuse of 100+ kids. We went through 150 ornaments and 2 boxes. Highly recommend this brand. It price makes it a great value.
