It is a little bigger than I expected, even knowing the measurements. I am very pleased with this purchase though! I love that it comes in a case so I can place stickers on it if I want. I like that the days can be taken out if you need to carry with you for the day or take overnight you don't have to take the entire case. It's almost big enough they could have made a third storage slot would be nice for misc pills "PRN". The closures are secure and a nice quality. I have received compliments because it doesn't look like a pill case. The color Is perfect as described. Very well made and whatever It is made out of is smooth.
