Better than bouillon has been a a staple in my pantry for years and I love that the came out with this. It’s great and is a great addition to their line. It’s yummy and hits the spot especially for a chicken noodle soup minus the chicken. It’s a good value for the money but wish they made it in a bigger size. I was researching some better vegan and vegetarian stocks and broths since I’m always buying different ones and never seem 100% satisfied. This kept getting recommended by different sites and chefs. I just made “chicken” soup for my vegan daughter. I used a frozen vegetarian chicken substitute and pastina. It is delicious. Really tasted like chicken soup! Also more economical than buying the cartons of stock. I can’t wait to try the other vegetarian flavors. Would love to make vegan French onion soup with the “beef” boullion. Read more

Best one in the lineup! It's hard to find in stores now which is so frustrating. I use this for a lot of dishes, not just soup. I was asked to bring a cauliflower mash to dinner and all the "garlic and butter" recipes just weren't sounding good. I roasted the cauliflower with some of this and pureed it - total hit!
