I was researching some better vegan and vegetarian stocks and broths since I’m always buying different ones and never seem 100% satisfied. This kept getting recommended by different sites and chefs. I just made “chicken” soup for my vegan daughter. I used a frozen vegetarian chicken substitute and pastina. It is delicious. Really tasted like chicken soup! Best one in the lineup! It's hard to find in stores now which is so frustrating. I use this for a lot of dishes, not just soup. I was asked to bring a cauliflower mash to dinner and all the "garlic and butter" recipes just weren't sounding good. I roasted the cauliflower with some of this and pureed it - total hit!
