I switched to this Avacado oil a couple months back and it works so great that we have it on subscription for about every 2 weeks. The quality of it is amazing, it has a high burn tolerance and cooks well. We use it mostly for sauteeing and frying up foods but as well as baking with it and oiling pans. I love that it’s a lighter oil and has some better health benefit than others. The color is a nice yellowy light green. We keep it right by the stove for ease of grabbing and using because it’s used almost every day in our household. Read more
