I originally purchased a size small for someone who is 4'11" and 102 pounds. The waistbands in the size small were quite tight. Actually they were a bit smaller than a child's xl underwear. I ended up exchanging the smalls for mediums and the waist was better. But, within the package, every waistband was a bit different in sizing. These were purchased to wear post surgery and they are nice and roomy in the crotch area. These would be great for lounge or sleeping underwear. I don't think they would be too comfortable in tighter pants. The material feels nice and soft and the waistbands feel comfortable if you get the right size. I wish they had included better sizing information, so I could have ordered the correct size originally. Read more
