I just got these with some trepidation after reading the mixed reviews and let me assure you, they work. I saw reviews online claiming these don't work, but my experience was different. I believe it comes down to a misunderstanding of what these are and how they work and a poor explanation of how to use them. You can't just stick these in your orifices, spin them around, and expect the hairs to disappear. These are tiny razors and they work the same way full-size razors work. If you have one, or intend to get one, try running it over a hairy place, such as your arm, the same way you would an ordinary razor. It will cut hairs. When you insert it into your hole of choice, run it around the interior to cut the hairs. You do go more or less in a circle, but you aren't spinning it around. Following the interior edge of the ear, for instance, I got the offending hairs out. It took multiple passes, but it worked. I even tried using it to catch the tiny hairs growing on my ear lobe. That worked, too. It also works on nose hairs. I even found it useful for small detail work, like an offending hair at the edge of my ear where shaving and hair clippers both don't easily reach. I don't know if anyone makes a better model of this device, but this one seems to work just fine for me. I'm adding it to my routine for old person hair maintenance. If you use it like a small version of the shaving razors you already use, it should work for you, too. Read more

I was hoping to use these to safely trim some fur between my Chihuahuas toes. It didn't work for that purpose. There was too much much soft fur to be practical. I don't have reason to trim my nose hairs, but I found this to be useful when trimming a few eyebrow hairs. This thing basically works like a hole puncher. You grip the hair as you would with a normal tweezer. But instead of yanking it out, these tweezers will clip them. I docked a star because the tweezers are generally flimsy, which means the circle (punch) doesn't always line up perfectly with the hole. I tried it in my nose because I was curious. For the most part, it worked well. But it did yank a single nose hair out. I'm guessing the hair either got caught in the punch part, or the circle laid over the edge of the hole and acted like traditional tweezers. If you're looking for a tool to safely and easily trim a few hairs, this should work fine. Read more

Works great, I have a pair of manicure scissors that I used just for trimming my nose hairs, and these worked like a charm. Took me less time, and zero worries about accidentally pinching skin. Read more

I've been either pulling my nose hair out with my fingers or getting it waxed. Both methods led to follicle infections, which were uncomfortable. I also tried scissors and various nose hair trimmers that never cut short enough and left my nose itchy. I was targeted with the Bezox nose hair trimmer on Amazon and dismissed it at first glance. But at $5, I decided to try it. This is the best way to trim nose and ear hair. I'd suggest anyone try it. It just works. I was hesitant at first knowing it's essentially a razor blade, but the guard protects you and gives you a really clean shave on a curved surface. Well worth it. Read more

Different from the pictures advertising the product, you cannot simply insert the trimmer into the nose and twist it around. To get it to work, you have to scrape it against the sides of the nose and this causes pulling and pain. It certainly does not work if you have a stuffy nose. I did notice some hair removal so I would say it is modestly effective. Read more

This item is good for nose trimming. It helps prevent injury. I gave 4 stars because it doesn't work as easy as the video shows. It's one side blade which you need to turn several times over. It's better then using other nose trimmers if you are prone to nose injuries or bleeds. Read more
