The twin-blade design delivers a surprisingly close shave without any of the bulky moisturizing bars or pivots you find on more expensive razors. I've found that those extra features often get in the way of a truly clean, close cut, but these razors get right to the point. They also have a slim head which makes them great for navigating trickier areas, like around the ankle bones or behind the knee. I appreciate how well they work for general body shaving, but they really shine for precise or light-touch jobs. They are excellent for those little touch-ups or when shaving a smaller, more contoured area like the upper lip or chin. I like using a simple, basic razor for my underarms, calves, and bikini line. I am not very hairy and I have sensitive skin so I prefer using a single or, at most, double-blade razor- anything more elaborate than that causes irritation. And I specifically prefer a razor with NO moisturizing strip. Basic razors without that moisturizing strip are becoming harder and harder to find in stores. I used to be able to purchase this brand and style in my local drugstore but I haven't been able to find it in store in years. This razor shaves well and doesn't cause irritation and doesn't leave behind that moisturizing strip "film" on the skin. I love that I can buy it in bulk on Amazon for a fabulous price. If you have relatively fine body hair and sensitive skin, I can't recommend this one enough. It's been the only one I've used for many years now. Read more
