Overall it definitely feels a bit flimsy, but that's because it's so thin, and being that thin is a big selling point. We had an older bidet installed previously, and it was thick enough that it made the toilet seat not quite close all the way (the little rubber feet on the underside of the seat didn't quite reach the toilet bowl anymore), which made it wobbly to sit on. With this one installed the seat is solid again, without having to buy thicker rubber feet for the seat. Installation was mostly easy, with one caveat: we bought four of these, and on one of them, a rubber washer in the T-shaped pipe fitting was missing (see photo - left T has the black washer, right one doesn't). That made the water leak no matter how hard I tightened it down (and over-tightening that fitting onto the toilet is a big no-no). Once I figured it out, I used the T from the previous bidet and all was well. I could've gotten a washer from Home Depot too. I didn't bother trying to contact support so I can't say how they would have handled it. Other than that, as I said, installation was smooth. The feed hose has a little wingnut-like wrench permanently installed on it, which was a nice touch; it made tightening the two hose connections very easy. In the end I didn't knock a star off the rating for the missing washer, but do be sure you check them before you install. Once they're in, they work great. We definitely get better pressure from these than the previous one we had. The big knurled knobs are satisfying solid and have a nice resistance to turning; that part doesn't feel cheap at all. The installation is easy, the materials seem to be of good quality and durable. It has two noozles, I can't quite tell what's the difference between both. Supposedly one is for the rear and the other for lady parts, for me both hit the same spot, the lady parts noozle feels a little bit more gentler but both of them are very comfortable at high pressure. This is about the Bidet Attachment for Toilet by Waterlace. The model (I couldn't find it on Amazon's description, it's on the instructional insert) is WL42002. (it has two control knobs on top of a side arm) It's an Amazon's Choice item and it should be. You only need a pliers or adjustable wrench and a screwdriver. It takes about 20-30 mins to install unless you run into a problem. My problem was that the water line from the valve to the toilet was old with a worn gasket which leaked when I reattached it, so I needed to make a quick trip to the hardware store for a new one. Other than that, I had no water leaks. The box comes with everything needed for installation (if there are no problems) including teflon seal tape for all the metal threads. Know that the T-adapter for the bidet sprayer line is 7/8" on the thread end and the female connector. If the thread end of the water level valve sticking out of the tank isn't 7/8", you'll need a new one or an adapter, and of course the connector on that end of the toilet water line needs to be 7/8" as well. If you use an adapter, you'll probably need a shorter water supply line. One thing that attracted me to this bidet (besides the $25.64 price) was that the control valves are ceramic core, and they should never leak. One control knob is off/on with pressure control. The other one has three settings, one to self clean the sprayer, and a choice of two types of streams. I didn't notice much of a difference between the two streams. They both hit the intended target and wash off the said intended target! The streams are kind of narrow, so sometimes I kind of squirm around on the seat to get everything rinsed. The sprayed water stays in the toilet unless you turn it on without anyone sitting on the seat. (don't try it, but if you insist...) This won't replace toilet paper and flushable wipes, but it really reduces their use. No, it isn't an expensive model that heats the water stream nor is it a European model that is dedicated for a wash like a bathtub. It is a basic bidet attachment that does the intended job very well. Installed 08/02/2025 and reviewed 08/19/2025. My mother loves it. It is convenient, and she does not spray all the bathroom like the hose bidet she used to have. The dialers are easy for her to use, for cleaning angle and intensity. Not very hard to install, but with her, I need to be on the lookout to make sure the seat does not disassemble the two-part bowl-bolt connection. Read more
Easy install. Works well, unfortunately my toilet bowl is a bit on the smaller than average side. I find, I have to adjust sometimes from the position I’m sitting to accommodate the trajectory of the spray. But have been using it for the past two months and haven’t come across any issues. Read more
