Terrific- I use it all the time; but I still use toilet paper to dry. I've bought about five during the years; but just to repace a part the went bad- like the hose or sprayer handle. I keep the new parts that I don't use for another repair. Read more

I got this bidet about a month ago and had it installed by a plumber. It worked great for about a month, then started leaking from the nozzle while not in use. I have to keep the nozzle in the sink basin now until I can find a replacement. I don't know if mine was defective or what, but keep an eye on yours! Read more

Do not buy this product as the T-valve fitting does not have a hexagonal head to which an adjustable wrench can grasp for tightening it on to the thread of the water level controller. Instead of the hexagonal head it has a circular head with 2 narrow flat surface on opposite sides. These 2 narrow flat surfaces are not enough for an adjustable wrench to grasp without slipping. Please see the attached illustrations. One of the flat surface is marked in red in the pictures attached. we cannot use a adjustable wrench to tighten the T-valve as such this is not a viable product to buy. Also the washer for the hose that connects it to the T-valve is small and was found inside the valve when it was opened after fitment. However the pressure reducer that is used in the kit between the hose and the handheld sprayer is a useful one and can be salvaged for use with other bidet makes also and works well in other make bidets. I wanted to return this product as the lack of hexagonal head to tighten the T valve is an extreme disaster for a plumbing product however I could not as the return window had closed for me.
