Not complicated to use. Easy to install. Works as should. Soft closing -Slow closing is nice feature. Elongated shape fit perfectly to our toilet. Works on water pressure. We recommend adjusting and turning pressure knob SLOWLY and in SMALL increments, becomes too much too quickly if you aren’t careful. Don’t know about the self cleaning feature. Too early to tell I think. Would buy again when they go on sale. Also, no pipe tape came with it. It doesn’t leak, but I used my own pipe tape to be sure. Does what it supposed to do for sure. This was such an easy installation compared to the other one we have. This one did not require a plumber or electricity! It hooked in easily to the toilet plumbing. Everything we needed was in the box. Directions were clear. The ease of use is great--spin the dial clockwise or counterclockwise to determine strength of spray. Soft close is super quiet/slow. The nozzle retracts behind a guard after using and it performs a self-clean. That keeps the nozzle clean too. Another nice feature is this eliminates the use of wet wipes, which means less garbage in the bin. We like this so much that we're getting another for the guest bathroom. Definitely recommend. It was easy to install, you might need a couple bumpers for the lid to make sure there's not a gap between the seat and the toilet itself. Installed in about 15 minutes and no leakage from the get-go. The build quality is nice and durable, especially for the price. This is a cold only bidet but it's really not that big of a deal as it's the same temp as your toilet water so slightly cool. The knob is nice in that it doesn't stick out far to the side. It's a simple twist forward or back for male/female or in between those and off for cleaning. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I never thought I’d describe a toilet seat as “luxurious,” yet here we are. This bidet seat was surprisingly easy to install and very intuitive to use. The smooth-turning control knob is a standout feature—it adjusts easily, and I really appreciate that it clicks when turned fully off, so you know it’s not going to keep running or dripping later. That little detail alone brings peace of mind. Water pressure is adjustable and effective, and the dual nozzle setup works well. Everything functions smoothly and quietly, and overall it genuinely upgrades the bathroom experience in a way that feels a little fancy without being complicated. One thing to note: this does not have a soft-close lid, which I do miss—especially once you get used to that feature. The seat is also plastic, so while it feels secure once installed, I’m a bit more mindful about long-term durability compared to heavier options. That said, for a non-electric bidet that’s easy to install, easy to use, and feels like a small everyday luxury, this is a solid choice.
