We received the lamp quickly and it was well packaged. I really appreciated that they work so hard to ensure it isn't damaged during shipping. It also came with special gloves to remove the extra oil the put on the lead to avoid rusting. The lamp was simple to out together. We didn't even look at the directions. It's solid. mine was packaged nicely and hubs read the directions before unpacking which makes it so much easier to clean up after....however, my complaint is, when he screwed the parts in, they do not screw in evenly which makes the whole light looked tilted when its' standing, so unfortunately, this is way too much to pay for a light that looks crooked.
