As a strapping individual weighing in at 275 pounds and towering at 6'1", I've had my fair share of gaming chairs bite the dust under my frame. However, the Big and Tall 400lbs Office Chair has proven to be an absolute game-changer. This isn't just a chair, it's a throne, and one that matches the best on-site office furniture I've ever had the pleasure of sitting in. As a programmer analyst, my work requires me to remain seated for a good 10-12 hours daily. One might expect discomfort or back pains after such long hours, but this chair has provided me with unparalleled comfort throughout the day. It's as if I am riding in a luxury Lincoln limo - the materials used are top-tier and exude quality. Aesthetically, it doesn't quite mimic the gaming chair it replaced. But function over form, I say, especially as it stands ready for my co-pilot when she's on board. The comfort and durability this chair offers far outweigh the aesthetics of a conventional gaming chair. As a resident of a home with tile floors, I've experienced the bane of typical chair castors that would constantly snag on the interfaces between the tiles. Disengaging from a lengthy gaming or work session was a struggle - the wheels would essentially lock, leading to a frustrating tug-of-war with my desk. However, these wheels have completely transformed my mobility experience. These smooth-gliding inline skate wheels allow me to effortlessly roam around my workspace, providing a level of satisfaction and ease that I hadn't experienced before. While the idea of taking this chair for a ride down a trail is tempting (and would certainly make for a great YouTube short), the chair is simply too precious for such adventures. Another worthy mention is the chair's assembly process, which was notably straightforward and hassle-free. I'm not one to scrutinize for any minor nicks or scratches, but I was thoroughly impressed by the meticulous packaging. It was both perfect for protecting the chair and easy to unpack. This attention to detail extends to the design and construction of the chair itself, indicating that this model is the result of a highly refined and thoughtful design process. The assembly was a breeze, and the overall construction reflects a carefully engineered product. This chair truly epitomizes the fusion of robust design and superior comfort. Everything about this chair screams "worth it." If you're a larger individual who spends long hours seated at a desk, I can't recommend the Big and Tall 400lbs Office Chair enough. It's a heavy-duty, high-comfort solution to the woes of underwhelming and underperforming office chairs. A five-star purchase, indeed. Read more

I'm happy with the chair. It's super comfy and the poly wheels are a nice touch that has it roll super smooth. Width is good for a husky fella like myself. Cushion is great. I enjoy the slight recline of the chair back in it's normal position, but I did see that some don't like this so much. I'm also just tall enough (or long legged enough) that my legs don't have an issue with the depth of the seat. I did see that some others found this to be problematic. Case in point is my female companion, her legs didn't touch the floor, but the seat is big enough that she can sit cross-legged as she enjoys. My only slight annoyance is that I think the chair could be slightly lower but that's personal preference. I'm the guy in the office that drops the chairs in the conference room to the lowest position. An inch or two drop in the hydraulic to lower the seat might also help with the point above with the deeper seat. It was also super easy to put together as long as you know to loosen the arm bolts as you're putting the back in place, otherwise you're going to suffer some difficulty like is mentioned in the other reviews. Overall, I'm really happy with the chair. Caveat: I've only had the chair and been using it for 2 months so I have no clue how it will hold up, but it's rock solid and good materials. Read more

I love this, it has been very comfortable. However after two years I had to replace the wheels due to the ball bearings getting warn out on one, and the right arm broke. I am not sure of how to get a replacement arm? Read more

This chair is made for the big and tall. It's worth the money. All the parts are well built. It even comes with two kinds of sets of casters for you to choose from. The lumbar support control is nice for those who want the low back of the chair to brace them and for those who don't need that you can flatten it as well. The back cushion is soft and tall and the headrest is super comfortable. The swivel action is flawless and the handle underneath that allows the chair to tilt back is well designed and long for easy reaching. There is really only one issue with this chair. For some reason they designed the arm rest supports to come way out into the seat cushion. See images. Meaning if you like to cross your legs while you are sitting you are going to hit those arm rest braces with your upper, outer thighs. Even if you just spread your legs out a bit, your thighs can rub and hit these braces as they come way too far out towards the front of the chair. I guess it forces you to sit correctly so that's something I can live with. Read more

I originally bought this chair in December 2023 and loved it. The size is great, and it’s very comfortable for all day work (I’m a 5’11” plus sized woman). The only downside was that the seat was a little short. I reached out to the seller last year who sent me a taller lift, which now put the seat at the perfect height. Fast forward to this last month (October 2025) and the lift has lost its lift. I reached out to the seller to inquire about buying a replacement, and they’re sending me a new one at no charge. Overall great chair and fantastic customer service. Read more
