I would give this chair 4.5 stars if I could. Not too difficult to assemble considering how many parts it arrived in. Very comfortable and feels sturdy so far. Would give it 5 stars if the arm height was adjustable. They fold up, but I would prefer if they could adjust in height. However, I knew this from the description and reviews. I had this chair before and I ordered it again just because now I have 2 rooms and I would love to have this chair again so I ordered it! The quality of the wheels, mesh as well as the legs is absolutely perfect and sturdy! Its super easy to tilt it which gives me full comfort. Two levers to adjust the height and tilt which makes it easy to function. Easy and awesome! The wheels are super smooth I would recommend this chair more to those who has a carpet flooring. The trickiest part was attaching the arms—just make sure not to tighten the screws all the way until everything is in place; it’ll make the process smoother. The build quality is about what you'd expect at this price point, but after using it for a few months, I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The chair feels supportive with no noticeable slack or flex, so it’s held up well. That said, the arms may develop a bit of side play over time—one of mine has started to wobble slightly. I really like the mesh back—it allows for good airflow, and although I was concerned it might wear out quickly, it’s still holding up well.
