Before you buy you should know that this chair looks great, sits horrible. The recline function is all or nothing, so either lay flat back or sit straight up. I have a bad back and sitting in the reclined position is helpful, during long days at my desk. That being said every time you recline you lay back so fast and so far that it freaks you out that you are going to fall. there is no way to adjust the stiffness of the recline function. Also having a bad back i cannot reach down between my legs pull out the foot rest, unfold it and then fall backwards to put my feet up. The seat cushion is severly lacking. Read more

Got this chair as an upgrade for my husband who weighs 220, and that's pushing it. Very comfortable! But after having it for about a month, he was sitting in it for awhile and went to use the arm rest to push himself up and it snapped on him. And now a few months after dealing with one armrest the back is loose. As comfortable as it is, it doesn't seem to hold the 400 pd weight limit. Read more
