This is a really sturdy chair and great if you're tall, or bigger. I'm 255 lbs. It's comfy to sit in all day and the wheels are sturdy. The arms are a little high for me, but I love how they turn inwards. the seat back goes all the way to the top of my head,(5'10") so no shoulder/neck strain if I need to rest all the way back. It's great that it's fabric and not that fake leather that peels and flakes all over the place after a year. The fabric is comfy and true to picture for the brown one. I have to shoo a cat off it every work day. I expect this will last me the next 20 years. I was able to get the box in the house on my own and most of it assembled. But I needed help with putting the back on, even trying to do it the way the picture suggested didn't work. I'd recommend getting someone to hold it for you. I would also improve the picture about putting the spokes/legs on. There's a little bump out area on the end of the leg that you need to get in just right before you can push it down into place. See pictures. Otherwise it was assembled in less than a half hour, and relatively easy to assemble. Read more

Pros: ++Weight rating seems legit, definitely heavier built (despite extensive use of plastics) than most other office chairs I've tried. ++Not too hard to put together ++Wheels are basically 3" dual roller blade style so they're fairly smooth ++Tilt + tilt lock adjustment works great and is simple to use ++Stitching looks pretty good on fabric out of the box ++Fabric looks true to pics ++Seat comfort seems fairly good and has some breathability, no swamp butt!! ++Flip up arm rests with adjustable height are fairly handy! ++Can still work OK with people who aren't big n' tall ++Back and headrest are fairly comfy too ++Arm rests can also be slid in and out and have a good length to them ++Spring tension for rocker feature is simple and easy to adjust ++Price seems good for what you get ++Comes with a few spare bolts and a OK hex wrench which is nice ++Packaging was really thorough ++Directions were clear cut and easy to read Cons: --Lumbar support dial does hardly anything, a cushion will be needed for some to compensate --Arm rest cushions are thin and flatten out easily, I suspect they will wear out fast too. I'll be getting arm rest cushions along with covers soon since I don't trust them to hold up long term. --Fabric material all over chair feels kinda thin and flimsy, I'm going to get a chair/arm rest cover for this thing pronto to protect it and make cleaning easy and strongly suggest you do the same --Arm rests could use more height adjustment for a big n' tall chair, they're not bad as is but another 1-2in would go a long way! --Arm rests aren't really "5D". Usually that refers to being able to not only slide them back and forth but also change their angles or slide them in/out too. Other thoughts: ==As others have said (and the directions note this too) you want to leave the bolts pretty loose for the back brackets until you have a bolt in all the holes for the back support. Screw them in maybe half way. If you don't do that then putting the chair together becomes a real PITA! ==Uses standard office chair wheel stems so swapping those out should be simple if needed. ==I'd leave the bolt covers off so you can easily retighten them periodically as needed since they'll loosen with time due to vibration from movement. I love this chair. I have been searching for a heavy duty, sturdy, but comfortable chair. This is the perfect chair for someone who has a desk job and sits for a long period of time. I highly recommend. Read more

I bought this chair for my husband as we game a lot and he has gone through 5 different chairs in the last few years. It was not too difficult to put together. Once it was assembled, we noticed that the left arm was wobbly. Contacted customer support and the issue was addressed immediately. This looks like a chair that will last quite some time. My husband is 6' 4" and roughly 280 LBS. He said the chair was comfortable, provided the back support he needed, and was just what he was looking for. Read more

The chair was easy to put together and well made. It seems very thick and supportive. Unfortunately the 'big and tall' portion of the description seems to have a limit and the head rest ended up being too short and not fitting to my head. And then the design made it so that it didn't sit comfortably against my neck. But the seller was really easy to work with and replied quickly and resolved the issue very professionally and kindly. And as someone who's had a lot of bad experiences with third party, non-prime sellers on here I was pleasantly surprised and grateful. So one star off because I ultimately couldn't use it but quality and seller were top notch. Read more

I LOVE THIS CHAIR. I HAVE LOWER BACK ISSUES AND MY TAILBONE CANNOT STAND THE AVERAGE DESK CHAIR. I AM ALSO 6'2 WITH LONG LEGS SO FINDING THE PERFECT COMFORTABLE CHAIR WAS IMPOSSIBLE UNTIL NOW. I HAVE BEEN SITTING IN THE CHAIRS FOR HOURS AT A TIME WITH NO DISCOMFORT OTHER THAN WHAT WOULD TYPICALLY OCCUR FOR SITTING TOO LONG!! BUY THE CHAIR! WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Read more
