This ZLHECTO Executive Office Chair is incredibly comfortable. I noticed a difference in my back almost immediately after using it while working at my computer. The support is excellent, and sitting for long hours no longer causes discomfort. I honestly wish I had bought this chair sooner. This is a very nice chair, and it truly lives up to the “big and tall” description. As a 5'5" woman, it felt a bit oversized for me, but it turned out to be a perfect fit for my 6'2" husband. He immediately noticed the difference in comfort compared to the more basic office chairs we’ve used in the past. The padding is generous without feeling stiff, and the PU leather feels soft and substantial. The adjustable lumbar support and headrest add to the overall comfort, especially for longer sitting sessions. The flip-up armrests are a thoughtful touch, making it easier to slide the chair under a desk when needed. Assembly was very straightforward. All tools were included, along with clearly labeled spare screws, which is always appreciated. This is the second chair I’ve put together recently that included the ergonomic hex tool, and it really does make assembly easier. My only hesitation is the price. It feels a bit on the higher side, but if the hydraulics hold up over time, which is often the weak point with office chairs, it will likely be worth it. Overall, this is a solid, well-padded, comfortable option for taller or larger users who want something more substantial than a standard office chair.
