Not too big or heavy - just the right size for being portable enough, easy cleaning, and storage, whenever needed. The torso has very soft skin, but has a back bone to it, giving it realism. The shaft and head are soft and hard, bendable, large and feel almost real with veins and all. The holes and tunnels feel so good I was surprised at how real they felt inside. Solidly made toy, the holes are respectably deep and snug, while the pole is sizable and flexible. The internal skeleton is solid and allows for respectable positioning options while bulk of the toy is solidly made and durable. the whole ordeal is weighty but not uncomfortably so. That being said if you want to add handles it isn't hard to learn some basic shibari rope techniques and the internal skeleton allows for that to work great without looking weird or contorting things oddly.
